Launch site for a residential building in Caxias do Sul.
Context
A new residential building in Caxias do Sul, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments facing the forest. The site had to sell the view, the floor plans and the location, and turn visitors into leads for the sales team.
What I built
The whole site: the intro, amenities, floor plans for each apartment type with a zoomable lightbox, a map of what's nearby, construction progress, and a contact form that sends straight to the sales team's WhatsApp.

Under the hood
Static and fast
It's exported as a static site with no server or database, so it can be hosted anywhere. Images are generated in AVIF and WebP at several widths.
Content in one file
Texts, apartment types, amenities, map points and construction stages all live in one content file, so updates don't touch the components.
Built from the brand manual
The logo and symbol were redrawn as SVG from the identity manual, and the type uses the closest free alternative to the brand's paid font.
